The Irrigation Field Production Manager assists the Operations team to help ensure the successful completion of all irrigation maintenance, service/ repairs, and system additions within the Maintenance Division.
Responsibilities include all aspects of irrigation including, but not limited to field coordination, field training, scheduling, material sourcing/ procurement, job costing, and can include actual performance of visits.
Responsibilities
Coordination and management of maintenance irrigation field personnel throughout region consisting of 5 branches throughout southern New England.
General setup/ layout of irrigation visits to ensure project quality and accuracy as sold/ requested by the Account Management team and expected by client.
Ability to perform irrigation visits under or at budgeted hours, cost, quantities, etc. as proposed or necessary.
Identifying, tracking, procuring, and job costing all necessary materials ensuring they arrive as needed and in line with the schedule and budget.
Management of all Irrigation field staff within RPM Maintenance Division. Additional assistance in management of other service lines within the department during times of need.
Communicating with in-house team as needed to ensure potential issues are quickly resolved.
Developing and maintaining positive management and field relationships and attitudes.
Administrative responsibilities include payroll and material/ sub contractor invoice/ receipt approval, scheduling, tracking backlog, communication with RPM employees, clients, GC’s, LA’s, etc.
Developing client relationships through being available for client and Landscape Architect requests, working collaboratively with outside parties to accomplish client goals and maintaining close communication across the in-house team.
Winter snow removal performance, management and/ or administrative assistance.
Ability and willingness to do other job functions as requested.

Regular communication with Branch staff regarding expectations of the experience RP Marzilli delivers to its clients, areas where the Branch is excelling, and areas where Branch needs to improve upon.
Requirements:
Associates or bachelor’s degree in Landscape field preferred but not required with acceptable experience and training to negate degree.
Valid Driver’s License required.
5-8 years’ experience within the landscape industry as at least an Account or Production Manager.
Proven success rate managing clients and employees at a high level.

Turf Care Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform applications within our proprietary program that address fertility, weed management, and insect management of turf on client’s properties
Identify and diagnose insect, disease, and cultural issues on turf of client’s properties
Adhere to best Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices
Communicate turf needs on specific properties to Division Manager and/or Account Managers
Routine care and regular calibration of spray truck equipment to ensure accurate applications
Be adept at following EPA labels and correctly mixing spray tanks for necessary applications each day
Enter in detailed notes regarding each application including record of material usage into handheld device
Assist with Plant Health Care applications and/or Tick/Mosquito Control as necessary
Follow a route to efficiently visit multiple properties each day and effectively complete tasks at each property
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years working with irrigation systems as a service or installation technician
Ability to diagnose and repair issues within residential and commercial irrigation systems
Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic issues within multi zone existing irrigation systems
Mechanically oriented individual with a passion in repairing irrigation systems
Ability to startup systems in the spring and winterize them in the fall
Ability to check functionality of systems, adjust controllers, adjust heads, change nozzles, etc. to ensure proper irrigation of high end landscapes
